Let's see how many businesses are destroyed and how much money Google makes because of this.

If someone writes a script that destroys a business then the business couldn't have been adding much value to whatever it was selling. In this case Hire will likely sink some of the recruiters out there who match words on resumes to words on job descriptions for a 25%-of-the-candidates-salary fee, but that's not really a bad thing. Those people aren't adding value. Recruiters who actually work for their money by finding and coaching candidates, understanding the needs of their clients, actually knowing what those keywords are so they can do a 'fuzzy' match to find good candidates who might not be immediately apparent will still have a solid business offering that's worth paying for.
