Hey all, my team and I just built a web tool that allows a business to quickly send SMS texts out to a group(s) of customers. A customer can respond directly to that SMS and it will only go to the sender (and not all of the original recipients). This might be helpful for promotions (given that the customer has opted in), follow-up surveys, etc.
