Glib response for a stupid comment, but I'll take some time to respond to yours. I also wholeheartedly agree with this, especially for a creative/knowledge intensive field. It is impossible to be nose to the grindstone 8 hours a day doing anything of value that can't be automated. I've listened to artists talk about this as well: a really good workflow for me is really hard thinking for an hour or two with the rest of the day refining/helping/sharing/learning/interacting/reviewing. This sort of garbage mindset leads to shit code, reviewers that only comment on variable names because they only care to focus on their work, inter-specialty prejudice, etc.
