It's dumb. If you agree just say it. Every time I've seen corporate speak, which this is, I want to kill it. Your company isn't smarter than a thousand years of English usage.
This is not about corporate speak, but about social group speak. I am sure you use words and terms on your own social groups that could be expressed with an old english word.
Aside from what soneca said, putting forward English as some sort of standard for excellence is hilarious. Your company probably is smarter than a thousand years of haphazardly agglomerated syntax, vocabulary, and spelling.
