they can go to the zeronet website to download the client...

Like bittorrent, zeronet requires a client. The client acts as local server and displays the pages in your browser

ZeroNet client has hosted on itself"s network,You can keep it updated without outside net.the site is own by zeronet's DEV:nofish.the update site is sync with github's project,the site is:
http://127.0.0.1:43110/zeroupdate.bit
