Resolution improvements are nice, we're finally reaching "print level ish" dpi for desktop monitors, which means we can finally get some decent typesetting going on, but my main gripe is that we keep upping resolution and ignoring the fact that we're still using garbage color gamuts. UHDTV Rec.2020 is basically the first reasonable-and-practical gamut, but even this monitor only does Rec.709, which is virtually identical to the ancient sRBG gamut we've been forced to live with for decades.
