Shazam Keeps Your Mac’s Microphone Always On, Even...
Shazam doesn't "override configuration". Just quit Shazam and hey presto, no more listening. The on/off setting is the one within Shazam itseld. It's really a "process audio" setting not a "microphone" setting.
