Maybe I've been living under a rock, but I received a LinkedIn message and curious if anybody -- already working full time -- would actually entertain an equity only part-time position? The idea, to me, is egregious; perhaps its because I've only worked for "larger corporations" (currently at Amazon), and not start ups. How could anybody afford to work part-time for equity if they have financial responsibilities (e.g "family", "mortgage") ?
