Reddit is still in turmoil
The mobile version of the site doesn't work and they only just released a mobile app. That says it all about their lack of focus.

Android has at least a few very good reddit apps (including the open source Slide), they don't really need an official client.

The old i.Reddit.com works OK.
The new m.reddit.com fails after a few minutes, on each page.
