Have you had any successes or failure while trying to apply that to your investing strategies so far?

Any particular cognitive bias you're focusing on mitigating?




I struggle with the loss aversion bias.

Because even in a good year I've done worse than the indices, I've swallowed my pride and shifted much further towards buy-and-hold in indexes.

It's only been a year, so no really valid results yet.

A successful strategy I've used for a long time is to hold my winners instead of selling them to "lock in" the profits.
