How many years from John Logie Baird's first invention did it take to get TV right. Mainstream? Colour? Picture & sound quality? Ditching the cumbersome CRT ... best part of a hundred years but people where ready to use it long before that and pay big wodges of cash for it too. I'd say there'll be a big market for sub optimal VR :)
