It would have been great to see the recruiter's reaction if they had straight up said, "It's because your boss asked me why he can't say nigger." Although I can understand exactly why he didn't say that.

a good guy. An opportunist in his place could most probably have scored a nice settlement for racial discrimination after few months on the job :)

I fail to see how he'd be an opportunist considering there's a very real chance of it happening.
