Interesting but when I go on Dell's website (Europe) I can't order it with more than 8GB of RAM. I would feel more comfortable with 16.

It has 4 memory slots and supports 32GB RAM. Try calling Dell, they can likely sell you "upgrade kits" for memory and disk. Or use aftermarket memory.
