I tried to sign up for trial. Entered my credit card info. All cleared. Try to use bigquery and got some confusing error about billing not being set. Contacted support a couple of days ago. It said response time is 2-3 hours. Haven't heard since... Anecdotal? Yes. Makes me re-consider even trying google cloud offering? You bet.
Thanks for the reply! I don't remember the specific issue, but we had a billing inquiry and were told we had to upgrade to a paid support plan to get an answer.
