perl6 has it's own module manager called `panda`, which looks at the modules listed on modules.perl6.org for it's data source.
The plan is to eventually have a perl6 CPAN, or something. They'll figure it out.

There has been some work to integrate Perl6 modules with MetaCPAN. I'm not sure what the current status is, but that's one possible route. This would mean the modules would be uploaded via PAUSE.
