It might depend on how wrong the answers are. If you ask, "How many HTTP requests per second can Python's standard library parse on a modern machine?" then answers in the range of 100 to 1 million might be acceptable, but if the answer is "10" or "1" or "1 billion", then you know the person doesn't have much of a clue, about Python in the former case or about computers in the latter case.
