If you're a supporter of someones work in general, it should be far easier to just ignore what you perceive to be a mistake or blemish, and just move on.
The soon the better you do X, is quite an authoritative stance to take.
I'm using it with my own domain. So far, delivery is happening as expected. The domain was running under the Gmail umbrella for many years until Google's decision to charge for Workspaces. I tend to believe (until proven otherwise) that all those years running on G's infrastructure had a positive influence in how message routing from that particular domain is handled throughout the network.
The medical establishment bring on a lack of trust due to their close ties with pharmaceutical companies who's aim is to simply make profits from the "medicine discovery of the day", no matter the consequences.
If the medical establishment (doctors, scientists, researchers, etc) took no funding from pharmaceutical companies, it might help their position. Taking funding from companies that have way too often been found of wrong doing, just poisons people's view of the whole system.
