Looks great!

-Didn't immediately know that top left logo switched feeds until I clicked tour.

Supernice feed that is simple for me to use. I clicked the buttons and everything seemed easy enough to understand. I don't really get some of the comments here as I find the UI easy to understand as in I clicked everything, it worked, then I understood it.same as I do for every new site I encounter..

(Disclaimer: Friend of one of the guy's behind this.)

Whenever I see a panel on the left of some main content I expect it to do something to that content.

Perhaps the problem is that the Dribble side feels like the main content for the page. I mean, you can even hide the left panel to let the "main content" take over the whole screen!

On official US Govt site, it says you need an award, e.g. nobel prize for O1. But that is a complete exaggeration as many people have rather average creditentials getting the O1. Having a good degree is enough for several people. Everything in addition helps.

Plus if you think about it, if you're in YC, getting PG or Vinod Khosla or Ron Conway (the YC VC people) to sign a letter talking about your "genius" will probably go a long way.

"We’ve always defined ourselves by the ability to overcome the impossible. And we count these moments, these moments when we dared to aim higher, to break barriers, to reach for the stars, to make the unknown known. We count these moments as our proudest achievements. But we lost all that. And perhaps we’ve just forgotten that we are still pioneers and we’ve barely begun. And that are greatest accomplishments cannot be behind us, as our destiny lies above us."

This analogy started as a way to explain the scene to friends and stretches further to include company builders, patents, bootstrapping and pirates. But keeping this post under five minutes to read.

In this interview, Gentry Underwood explains why good design is based upon constant iteration. He sheds light on the importance of having a desire in solving a particular problem. We also talk about getting acquired, working at IDEO, and the role Human Centred Design played within Mailbox.

What is the motivation for Kicktrolling? Who would a kicktroller be? I don't get it.

i) Person who just wants to be a dick. ii) Person with personal vendetta against the project creator iii) Company looking to fend off competitors much the way of clicking lots of links to burn through a competitors ppc on adword.

There's a lot of hate on the internet for many kickstarter projects - "who would fund this crap?!", "how is this receiving money?!". This sort of 'trolling' is probably coming from people who don't want to see certain projects succeed. I'm sure it would happen a lot more if you didn't require proof that you actually had that much money in your bank.

David Karp agrees with you

“you’d have to be out of your mind to live in Palo Alto.”

As someone who lived in Palo Alto, yep. But if you're well-off and looking to start a family, Palo Alto is perfect.

Good work dude!
