This is really basic. Noone(who uses the subject) should need a cheat sheet for this... Also there are really good books out there and linalg is a must nowdays. If you drop the open source requirement you can get aiSee( http://www.aisee.com/ ) for non-commercial use for the popular platforms. I like this better than graphviz.
