You need to click into "Early Access Apps" from the services list, which takes you to the service's settings page.

Did that and I still don't have access... is there more to do or is there just some random wait?

EDIT: it's working now, took about 10 minutes.

Is your code in the format of bsky-social-xxxxx? If so, they've been revoked and replaced with longer codes because people reported that their codes getting brute-forced.

Thanks for replying; I don't know anyone else who has an invite. Yes, mine is in the bsky-social-xxxxx format. I checked my email but I don't see a follow-up invite.

I can't see anything there, it asks me to log in.

Not banned. It looks like they’ve simply wiped their account and redirected the profile to Mastodon.

Try searching for the account by name. It's search banned. And Kris' tweets can't be navigated to.

I was in the browser and no tweets were showing.

This would be a really cool 4D-chess move if it were to actually play out like that.

Confirmed. The last snapshot in the Wayback Machine shows that they tweeted a link to @ElonJet on Mastodon before being suspended: http://web.archive.org/web/20221215173935/https://twitter.co...

Part of me wonders if this was an intentional 4D chess move on Mastodon’s part to make it look like Elon is silencing competitors and get more attention in the process.

This is increasingly absurd, but I see Twitter has also banned the official ADS-B account and antifascist website It's Going Down (which is mostly polemic op-eds and reports about political demonstrations in the US and Europe, and theoretically well within Twitter's TOS).

The author is merely a new member of the space and not representative of staff. I’m sure the staff would know better what that number is!

It's called benevolent deception. Found the article you were referring to: https://www.theatlantic.com/technology/archive/2017/02/why-s...

I have a bookmark of their mobile web app on my phone’s home screen now. Works great as a replacement if you don’t mind losing features like push notifications and the ability to speak in Spaces! It also has the benefit of tweet drafts syncing from your other web browsers.
