For me, fasting in Ramadan has reduced my eating frequency and I noticed that every year during this time my resting heart rate drops significantly. It kinda tells how much your heart works on your digestion.
It doesn't signify your heart slowing down because it doesn't have to digest food. A low heart rate suggests low metabolism (response of body to low amounts of carbohydrates available to it in order to be converted readily to ATP molecules and save them in case of emergencies)
I moved to Neovim from Vim based on the recommendation from my 16 year old :). He also suggested https://nvchad.github.io . NvChad was great in setting up the Neovim configuration with LSP for Ruby and others. Much better experience than Vim.
Why is this flagged? This news has been covered extensively before this BBC article. One of the downstream states had put a net to prevent those victims washing up to their shores. Looks like there is an effort to silence this news.
I have a Samsung Galaxy as work phone and it has a fingerprint sensor unlock in addition to FaceID. Would love that in Apple iPhone due to masks becoming so prevalent.
