Just a reminder that no one will ever know how much private company SpaceX spends on their platforms because they are not required to divulge this info, nor how much their investors subsidize their government contracts (paid for by taxpayers).
You made up your own definition of politician to prove your point. Thats fallacious reasoning. I was in politics for four years not for power but to help people organize and prevent corporate takeover of family farms. Get bent, dude.
You were endowed with power in order to pursue a noble goal. But it was the power you sought that allowed you to do that. I think he’s definition is correct.
Thank you for your service. I think it’s popular to be dismissive and say that all politicians are sociopaths, which sounds very similar to saying they’re all power seeking individuals. The reason they sound similar is because there’s this idea that seeking power is always bad, but your example proves otherwise. So again, thank you!
1% of his documented wealth is $3,000 million. Kinda wish I could watch America fall like it was a tv show but unfortunately it’ll take me down with it.
Do you know what happens when you take VC money? Probably not. I assume OP wants to succeed and retain control. VC money is about the worst choice of funding for something like this.
I saw Morton Subotnik at my college and he spoke of phase shift due to heating of poorly design VCOs in a serendipitous way rather than something to be feared.
When I was in high school in the mid 80s I was in the av club and we filmed things for local access cable. We made a jeopardy game on a Commodore 64 and converted a joystick into three buttons with latches to prevent ties. We broadcast three episodes and had the most feedback to the local paper of any local access tv show. We were proud. Fun to still see kids doing this.
