| Guy must love that thing.

We're approaching "tattoo this on my body" levels of affection for the keeb.

| I started building a custom KB

I hope you pick it back up! I lost interest for a few months in the middle of building the one in the post, and I'm really glad I got back into it.

I got in the habit during the early days of RTO. I did start a second board, but (as is tradition) I upped the difficulty and it's now gathering dust on my bench.

Not me - I've seen a few others bopping around tahn. There are dozens of us!

| The job market is absolutely trash right now at least in canada.

So you're probably sitting tight for awhile (which is fine). That means you've got time - frame the problem from that perspective.

| A lot of companies want a bachelor's in CS as a minimum requirement and I feel like I'm stuck at my current company.

Don't sweat it.

| To all you self taught coders out there, how did you learn the advanced CS concepts?

It depends a bit on what you want to learn; if it's a specific technology or practice, try and find ways to make that the solution to whatever tasks you've got at work.

Concepts are harder, but I've had some luck with online courses. In particular, I found nand2tetris to be a really rewarding course.

Also - benchmark yourself against yourself. There will always be better/faster/stronger out there, focus on what you've learned day-over-day.
