It does not answer why PDFs can have virus.

The article starts by unambiguously saying yes and later on gives examples:

> PDFs, like other file formats, can have hidden JavaScript code that might exploit vulnerabilities in a PDF.

and

> Opening a malicious PDF can launch malware that will start up whatever process the hacker has in mind.

It does. It literally says Yes.

It can be fine tuned for device related actions. In other words, with all the capabilities of your device applications or services, the small model can virtually have the same capabilities. It can always dispatch a user request in way of “natural language” to those applications, and orchestrate the applications. It can dispatch user requests beyond the device capabilities to a cloud model. This is powerful since it changes how you interact with your devices.

It is still very useful to standardize the pronunciations, since people with different dialects had to meet especially those officials in government. There was “yayan” for this purpose.

> "He was saying that when it comes to who we are as a nation, we are a nation of immigrants, that is in our DNA"

If what she says is true, it is not in their DNAs. Not sure if Biden wants to change their genes.

Pursuit of luxury is an important factor like for bigger houses.

iOS already has app with LLM running locally on iPhone: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/mlc-chat/id6448482937

I've also tried a few Android LLM apps, all running more than 30min.

Current LLM models are not running constantly on the phones to drain your battery. They just run when responding to a prompt. It by no means consumes more battery than a heavy game.

The labor replacement is happening in the whole human history, but I am not worried, not because I don't believe LLM's capabilities in 10-15 years, but because I believe I can always find some areas where LLM is not good at.

How can someone determine if they meet your needs?

Mostly important IMHO is the spirit of contract. It takes time to build up in a society.

I didn’t downvote you, but am wondering if you could provide any source supporting your statement? This is a website giving the ocean plastic sources, saying mostly from rivers: https://www.theoceancleanup.com/sources/

its in the article itself -

"A recent study estimates that more than a quarter of all that waste could be pouring in from just 10 rivers, eight of them in Asia."
