(honestly afraid to comment, but what the hell.)

i know its not git, but bitbucket (mercurial, same type of dvcs as github) has free private and unlimited repository hosting.

Thanks! I got the last code (mentioned first) (MA7LMP9KNLRK).

Promise to provide a review on the Mac App Store for you.

Thanks a lot! We appreciate your help.

why?

i was about to ask the same question...

too little too late gavin/red-hat. which i guess is how the entire java world operates, so i shouldn't be surprised.

the only way to know about and get tickets in time is twitter. booo apple.

I saw them go on sale this morning in my rss reader, and bought one right away. Tweetlessly.

I've always wanted to attend, but never have been able to.

I got an email at 11:34am eastern time from Apple about WWDC. Plenty of time.

One more reason to use Twitter!

i generally agree with the headline, but the article doesn't backup the headline very well.

I was expecting a more pragmatic explanation of why Clojure, Mac OSX and Google App Engine. Although at this point, the pragmatic selection of Mac OSX and iOS is understood.

What did Clojure do for you that the hundreds of others don't or didn't? What is unique about your infrastructure? What challenges did you find? Etc..

Why the Google App Engine? Cheaper? Free? Faster? Why not the others?

This is a good point.

The post was already quite long, so I tried to summarize everything. I will reserve this part for another post in the future, also because for now the apps are not yet live and I will certainly have more experience in the future to address all these questions better.

i always thought github.com was 'social' enough.

"whats a sourceforge?"

... thinking the same thing. github is the new sourceforge.
