Nope, same old me, just got into the habit of submitting stories. I did see this for the first time a couple days ago: "Please don't submit so many links at once that the new page is dominated by your submissions." so I've been submitting less often.
Is there a reason you called the email field "Email Id" instead of "Email address"?
Also, people read pages from left to right. So a first-time visitor would see the "Check reply" section first, which is useless for all first-time visitors. Did you consider swapping the left and right columns?
Until we have more encryption details, I agree with yanatan that the only current value is in automating something I already do manually (deleting a link once the receiver has accessed the content).
Also agree with hexagonsun that sending passwords in plaintext is stupid. You could, however, send it via this channel, and the username via another (text message, IM, whatever). Still not super-great, but better than nothing, I suppose.
