For Optometrists and Dentists, there doesn't seem to be enough money in the labor part of the business to make a small business out of it. These practices make money by selling you stuff. This puts pressure on what should be medical treatments and turns them into a sales opportunity.
I bought a used F-150 Lightning with 1000 miles on it. I paid $21k under the sticker price. It was still expensive. I have no range concerns but I'm mostly in the city.
Three things:
1. It is a very expensive vehicle.
2. Towing reduces the range substantially.
3. Charging infrastructure needs to be more reliable and we need much more of it. There are times when you won't charge at home.
I have the F-150 Lightning and I love it. I think I could love a smaller truck, maybe between the Maverick and the modern Ranger. The F-150 is huge.
The new legislation creates an “opt-out preference signal” tool which would let citizens opt out of sharing their information by simply pushing a button to activate the signal on their internet browser, which would then send opt out requests to every website consumers visit by default.
I feel like this project could use a diagram. Maybe I'm a visual learner. I looked at the github link and the docs. It mentions that is uses a couple of servers. Without reading through the Installation steps I didn't grok how it works. A simple diagram with a couple of endpoints and how they connect would go a long way.
The piri piri oil recipe from Nuno Mendes’s book is amazing.
Cook down lemons, spices with Piri Piri (dry and fresh both) and throw some uncracked pepper corns in with the dry peppers directly into the jar with great quality olive oil, it’s my favorite condiment
