Amazing. This is the first WebGL demo running fluently on my system... a 7 year old Athlon Dual Core.

Rats! WebGL hit a snag. iWatch crashes my tab. Guess my PC is too slow for this awesome webapp.

The iWatch is 200+ tris so takes a long time to load anyways. WebGL/3D is around where mobile 3d is, safe range is up to 140-160k but for older really under 100k total per frame is needed to perform/load reasonably well. For mobile if you can stay below 60-80k you don't have mesh loading issues.

Hint to artists, low poly is in and will be for a long time again due to web and mobile games. 2k for a game character is fat, 1k is usable for many enemies to be drawn at once per frame. Show off your skills but also show off for the markets you target, gaming is still low poly in web + mobile.

A kind of Google Now for Movies. Instead of searching for movies, new releases automatically land in your inbox once available as stream and you just need to sort them into "Want-watch", "Saw-and-liked", "Saw-and-disliked" or "Dismiss" folders (for later auto-sorting). A beta version is available at http://exkino.de for all you native German speaker and learner.

You are able to post on blogger via email. If you register with this blogger-email-address on facebook, all facebook notifications are published as blogger posts and indexed by Google. Actually this might be a used to circumvent a firewall preventing you from using facebook. You can search for the leaked email addresses on Google and propably find blogger blogs with facebook notifications posted.

The classic nook. I'm from Germany and one friend brought it for me from the states. The B&N nook store is blocked in Germany, so I'm forced to load DRM-free stuff. Most German eBooks stores do not sell DRM-free books, so I'm really really forced to only get DRM-free books. They really don't want my money... :(

If your UDID script returns a positve, could you display a link to http://fredericjacobs.com/identifying-the-traitor and his "identifying the traitor" survey?

Done.

Actually all his reviews are like this:

Sharpie Fine Point Permanent Marker -> One Star -> "Ruined my whiteboards"

Rotorcraft Flying Handbook -> One Star -> "The information is confusing and I ended up crashing the helicopter"

Jedi sarcasm. Amazon reviews is an interesting place to ply that skill.

You need someone for the German localisation/translation? I'm helping you!

Can I pass also an image url in the single text area for each item?

Thanks Federico, that's an interesting idea - we'll have a think about it. We're keen to keep a good balance between adding options to the text area and keeping it lightweight. Your input is much appreciated.

Thanks. Mostly I take photos with my phone, and those are synchronized with the cloud, so my images are already in the internet and I would not have to download and re-upload those again.
