Yeah I felt exactly the same way. I chose to donate anyways, but it was a close thing.


On the other hand they don't have any prices listed, and their blog is down "Error establishing a database connection". This doesn't exactly inspire to go to them for hosting.

I agree with all of these points, and would like there to be a replay button.


It takes one or two clicks to change that. If you feel so strongly about it you might want to install some readability clone.

I've used both piston and django-tastypie in production. Tastypie is delicious compared to piston. You should check it out.


Those Google adds are really distracting for me. It's good to see you're still doing so well though.

And yet bugfixes to my app has been rejected a few times in the past months because of this.


And has Kindle been updated in that time? I think they meant that any new app (including new releases to existing apps) would have to obey the rule, but they wouldn't start kicking apps out of the store until June 30.
