I'd imagine that it's because the DJs ask people to vote for them. A lot of the DJs I follow do that every year. If the big commercial DJs with the biggest following do that, then they would naturally land at the top.

Yeah I guess what I mean is that it seems to go against the rest of their brand, the magazine usually covers slightly more underground dance music it seems - not super underground, still big names, but not stadium EDM stuff.

Maybe their philosophy is that the Top 100 should be an open thing and they shouldn't restrict who can enter based on music style... to me, it makes DJ Mag way less credible, but I guess they probably make money out of the Top 100 being so big.

I have a pixel 6 pro, the assistant immediately crashes if I try to use it. Has been like that for months. One would think google would prioritise that feature for bug fixes.

Also a tip, if you're taking this at night time and use flux/night light, turn that off before you start.

Asking clarifying questions is a pretty key part of software development. You get a loose requirement the system must do X, you then need to drill into all the details. For this reason I think lots of these coding problems are deliberately under-specified.

One of the big things about being an experienced developer is knowing when things are important. If someone asks me to write a function that returns strings over X characters what counts as a char is going to be whatever the language counts as a char for the length function. Asking about emojis will just lead to a time-wasting discussion about something that doesn't matter.

Is it impurities in meth that give you psychosis? I was of the impression that often it was due to sleep deprivation due to being on meth and not sleeping for days.

All forms of meth give you psychosis, slowly, with continued use. The sleep deprivation adds to that. Meth created via the P2P method is apparently considerably worse for you, and leads to psychosis at a much higher rate than ephedrine methods: https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2021/11/the-new...

Adding another one, my Sennheiser PXC 550 (both original and II) will charge and do bluetooth or wired audio.

Do you have the facebook container extension? That closes the current tab, opens a new tab with a container, then goes to the facebook link. Reopening the last closed tab works for me, although I haven't noticed this before since I always open links in a new tab.

Tried Edge, it works as expected. Tried turning off Facebook Container, it also works as expected. So you are right good Sir!

Still, a bit unexpected behaviour though.

I've driven my car with only enough battery to really power the spark plugs and instruments in the dash (alternator failed and I got jump started). It was manageable even with the heavy steering, although to be fair I was driving max 50kph. Perhaps braking at highway speeds would be challenging.

I also much prefer my phone navigation over the in car system (Android Auto/Apple Carplay would solve this). That said, I wouldn't buy the car GP is suggesting, but I could imagine that if you were price sensitive then you might.

No comment around the older systems, I don't really have the knowledge to agree or disagree there.

One of my friends works at Atlassian (not on JIRA). Apparently they do use JIRA there. Presumably things which are not performance are prioritised higher.

I guess they might also be running it on private servers, and cheap out on their hosted version for customers

At least on android (maybe not used at apple?) there are work profiles. You install all the work stuff there, and that partition can be remotely wiped. All of your personal stuff is kept segregated. It's also nice that you can turn off the work profile during weekends and holidays so that you don't get work notifications.
