Firstly I doubt wolfram would sell (but maybe license). Secondly Google are already facing grumblings about being a monopoly - acquiring or licensing Wolfram could backfire.
And thirdly there is probably no need: Wolfram dont bring anything much to the mix (as far as I can tell) except a stack of "expert" curators - which could be hired easy enough :)
