Using Const Generics in Rust

This is great. Am I getting it right that this isn't an issue in C++ because the type system in C++ is "invoked" after the templates are "applied"?

Unfortunately I can't answer because I never learned C++. By the time my career required me to learn a low-level systems language, Rust was available, so I didn't have any need for C++.
