I wish I could figure out how to evaluate a team while being interviewed. Signing up with a bad team has proven to be a costly mistake.

Not sure if it's possible during an interview (the same way typical interviews suck at predicting the job performance of the employee) but I heard someone suggest using the question "What is something that could only happen on this team?"
