On: What happens if you turn off the traffic lights?

I want to say as a person who had no lights working due to Irma in Miami, North Miami etc traffic WAS improved.

Instead of waiting 2 minutes or so as usual, I was on my way in about 45 seconds. Yes I had to be more aware but it was worth it.
