Surfing the web I can find a lot of information about how to make chatbot. Mostly it will be how to use FB or Telegraf API.
But I wonder does anybody know scientific approach how to make assistant? Where with out deep NLP and ML knowledge I can make my own chatbot.
PS: I have expirience in ML and small expirience in NLP. I want to try Google Syntaxnet.
